About the Institute

We began with a passion for understanding emotions, emotional awareness, and emotional literacy. The realization for us has been that most people have not had an opportunity to expand into identifying and expressing their emotions.

Most schools systems do little to promote this ability, and much of our society actually discourages it.

We tend to believe that our emotions are a message from our souls and that learning to listen to that message is a key part of our life journeys.

So, the Institute was founded to create a learning environment to expand the knowledge related to emotional intelligence and to help expand consciousness among humans, one soul at a time.
